Clean your clutter and close your cupboard & wardrobe doors
If you have a shed or you can store you exess belongings with friends/family as this will make your home less cluttered and spacious
Trophies, Certificates, Photos all count as clutter, so best to store away while you sell.
More people now have kicked in smoking so try not to smoke in the house while you sell. Will reduce the chance of the buyer putting an offer on your property.
Keep pets away from buyers as some don't like dogs/cats etc.
Do the washing up and put it away. Will make the home look cleaner and more appealing
Depersonalise your home and try making it neutral
Get a carpet cleaner in. Helps with first impressions
